Ms. Dennison is the Founder & CEO of HD Therapy, Inc. With 20+ years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, 5 years working with JABSOM students / HRP residents. Haylin is also the founder of Spill The Tea Café, a 501(c)(3) youth mental-health social enterprise, bringing leadership, systems insight, and trauma-informed practice into her work with physicians and trainees. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) delivering structured, results-driven treatment that helps clients reclaim clarity, confidence, and control.
Clients can expect a customized and relatable high-touch approach to build trust through an actionable plan aimed at creating a transformative, strengths-based mindset. Ms. Dennison received her Master's Degree in Social work from USC.

Mr. Lew is the Chief Financial Officer of HD Therapy Inc. and Spill The Tea Cafe. He spent the first 20 years of his career at Deloitte where he was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Restructuring practice based out of Scottsdale / Phoenix, AZ. He advised hospital, healthcare systems, and ancillary & specialty practices on sustainability and strategic growth. During his time at Deloitte, he served as a formal coach to over 25 professionals, helping them navigate organizational politics, refine executive presence, and stand out among high-performing peers.
He is a CPA and well-versed in the business of medicine as well as strategies for young professionals to build wealth, manage debt and take advantage of the ever-changing tax landscape. He received his BA in Business Economics from UCLA.

Brit Hall
Ms. Hall was born and raised on Oʻahu, She brings expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), LGBTQIA-affirming care, and trauma-informed practice.
